Producer’s
Agreement Summary
Any donor making
a contribution at the Producer’s Circle level will be
required to sign a Letter of Agreement detailing the following
points:
- For a donor
making a gift exceeding $5,000/$10,000/$25,000/$50,000 and
being acknowledged in “Dear Anna Olson’s”
end credits as, respectively, "Associate Producer/Producer/Executive
Producer" for that contribution, it is understood and
accepted by the donor that these designations are “vanity
credits” and do not create any sort of business relationship
between the production and the donor or the filmmakers and
the donor.
- The donor
shall be given rights by the filmmakers to use the name
"Dear Anna Olson" or their title as “Associate
Producer/Producer/Executive Producer” in any manner
desired, provided that there is no false representation
of their overall contribution to the film. The donor shall
also be given rights to show “Dear Anna Olson”
as a fair representation of their contribution as "Associate
Producer/Producer/Executive Producer”, provided that
no monetary compensation for any such showing is made to
the donor.
- The donor
also understands and accepts that Dean Kalman Lennert shall
own all rights and retain full creative control over all
aspects of the production and distribution of “Dear
Anna Olson”.
