| At WNET since November 2010, Jennifer Kirby, Senior Director, Institutional Giving, manages a team of 8 responsible for raising approximately $20 million per year from foundation and government sources. Prior to her role at WNET, Jennifer was the COO at Link Media, Inc. (Link TV). There Jennifer was responsible for Link’s operations and fundraising encompassing approximately $8 million per year in revenue. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in for-profit and non-profit marketing, fundraising and media production. She has also raised millions of dollars for other organizations such as Helen Keller International. Jennifer holds an executive M.B.A. from Rutgers Business School. She also holds a B.F.A. in Film, Television & Radio from New York University. Jennifer has been involved in several non-profit boards and was the sponsorship chair of Women in Development New York. With a commitment to public media that dates back to her earliest career aspirations, Jennifer believes that social issue media is one of the most powerful and important catalysts for civic engagement. Jennifer became involved with Dear Anna Olson based on the strength of its message, the beauty of its artistry and the commitment of its creator.
